FLUENCY MATTERS 2024
Whether you're looking to exhibit, or simply sponsor a portion of the event, there are many options to choose from. Your choice will determine your sponsorship level.
While Wayside Publishing and the Fluency Matters Conference welcomes sponsors, vendors and exhibitors, we are limiting those opportunities to third-party publishers Wayside Publishing currently has a relationship with or/and any other complimentary vendors who will bring excitement and variety to the conference. We feel it would be a conflict of interest to have any direct competitors exhibiting at the Fluency Matters 2024 Conference this coming year. We are, however, willing to leave the door open for future possibilities.
Refund policy: If you cancel on or before June 15, 2024, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50 per person. No refunds will be given after June 15, 2024.

Exhibitor Packages
Non-Profits: Come showcase your nonprofit in front of hundreds of world language teachers.
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday- July 9-11th = $150
- One day only (any one day) = $100
Artisans: Come share your Art with World Language Teachers from all over Colorado and beyond. Teachers are always looking for ways to liven up their classrooms and homes.

Exhibitors: Open to all exhibitors of complementary products of Wayside Publishing CI/ADI offerings. Not open to textbook publishers.

Exhibitor packages include:

- Designated exhibitor time from 10:45am-12:45pm, Tuesday & Wednesday
- Open exhibitor time (daily during session time - Tues-Thurs) - 8am-10:45am
- Exhibitor time during lunch on Thursday - 12:00-1:10pm

SPONSORSHIPS
Afternoon Beverage Buffet $200 per day x 2 days available – Your company logo will appear on signage posted at the beverage station (one sponsor per day) Help our attendees hydrate & refresh on a hot summer day with a cool drink. Announcement in the conference app.
Coffee $500 per day x 3 days available – Your company logo will appear on signage posted at the coffee station (one sponsor per day) Well-caffeinated attendees are happy attendees! Announcement in the conference app.
Trail Mix Bar $500 x 1 day available – Your company logo will appear on signage posted at the trail mix bar. Bring joy to the attendees by sponsoring the Trail Mix Break. One announcement on the microphone and on the conference app.
Lip Balm $500 - Your company’s logo on tubes of all-natural lip balm
Keynote $1000 – Your company logo will appear on signage at the Keynote address. Announcement on the microphone thanking your company for sponsoring speaker Leslie Davison. Announcement on the conference app.
Co-Sponsorship Opportunities
Welcome Reception $500 x 3 spots available – Your company logo will appear on signage at the reception, one email blast to conference attendees including one link, one social media post on the FM sites, Logo on Fluency Matters website and announcement in the conference app.
Lunch Sponsorship $500 x 3 spots available – Your company logo will appear on signage at the lunch on the day assigned, one email blast to conference attendees including one link, one social media post on the FM sites, Logo on Fluency Matters website and announcement in the conference app.
Your ability to maximize your sponsorship also provides you with various visibility options throughout the conference.
Sponsorship levels: When you choose from the options above you start building your sponsorship package putting you into the following sponsorship levels: silver, gold or platinum.
Silver $500-$1000: Logo on the conference sponsorship banner, invitation to put in a proposal to present, One social media post.
Gold $1001-$1500: Logo on the conference sponsorship banner, invitation to put in a proposal to present, one social media post, Logo on the Fluency Matters conference website with link, Your company’s logo & link in the conference newsletter.
Platinum $1501+: Logo on the conference sponsorship banner, invitation to put in a proposal to present, one social media post, Logo on the Fluency Matters conference website with link, link in our newsletter, mention in an episode of Fluency Matters podcast. One email blast to our conference attendee list including link.

Sponsorships must be purchased by June 1st to ensure your logo makes it on the conference banner. After that date you will only have signage at the event you sponsor.
